Guides
How the Korean filings behind this site work, in plain English.
Most figures on this site come from DART, the Korean disclosure system. These guides explain what those filings contain and in what order to read them, and link through to the IPO calendar, demand results, filings and glossary.
How these guides are written
These are written by hand, not machine-translated from the Korean pages: an international reader needs context a Korean reader already has, so the English guides are written separately. The sources are the filings companies publish on DART and the rule descriptions published by the Korea Exchange and the Financial Supervisory Service. Rule-based figures — price limits, deposit ratios, withholding rates — are current as of September 2026 and carry an updated date on each guide.
No guide recommends a stock or forecasts a price. They say where a number is filed and what it means, and stop there. How this site collects and calculates its data is set out on the about page, which also says who runs it and how the automated articles are produced.
